Building of the ABC Incubator
Project description: the investment resulted a functional building for the incubator to operate in, using a combination of financing sources (state aid and minimis), that covered the technical and support activities.
Services offered:
-assistance in establishing the beneficiary’s and project’s eligibility;
-developing the project proposal, including market analysis, identifying market opportunities, identifying and defining project activities, cost-benefit analysis, risk management plan, identifying and planning of needed procurement processes, identifying the management team, and compiling support documents;
-expert assistance during the evaluation and grant contracting phases;
-implementation/monitoring phase activities, including assistance in procurement processes, assistance in cost monitoring, producing progress and final reports, filling out the payment and reimbursement requests, assistance in contract management, monitoring the project’s indicators and appropriate legal framework;
