Project description:
The overall objective of the project is “to reduce specific energy consumption (kgep/1,000 euros) at ANTIBIOTICE S.A. by an average of 1% over a five-year period following the project’s implementation, as a result of monitoring consumption through the implementation of a smart energy metering system.”
- As part of the project, the SCADA system’s functionalities will be modernized and expanded to increase visibility and control over the grid, as well as to improve the quality of services provided to users. At the same time, the implementation of ADMS will facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources, optimize energy flows, increase energy efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, contributing to the development of smart grids and the transformation of Romania’s energy infrastructure.

Identifying the individuals responsible for carrying out the activities and defining their specific duties;
Risk Management Plan
Identifying and planning the procurement procedures necessary for the project’s implementation;
Presentation of the project management team, communication management plan with the contracting authority and other stakeholders, supporting documents.
