Project description:
The project aimed to develop renewable energy production capacity by constructing a 2.5 MW photovoltaic plant for SC ANTIBIOTICE S.A.
The investment helps increase green energy production, reduce dependence on conventional sources, and support the company’s energy efficiency and decarbonization goals.
- The main challenge was to develop a robust funding proposal capable of demonstrating both the relevance of the investment and its estimated impact on renewable energy production. It was necessary to integrate the technical, economic-financial, and procedural components into a single set of documents aligned with the funding program’s requirements and the implementation schedule.
Services offered:
Preparation of the eligibility report;
Development of the funding application, including the identification and definition of project activities, cost-benefit analysis, risk management plan, identification and planning of necessary procurements, presentation of the project management team, and preparation of supporting documents;
Providing expert assistance from the submission of the funding application through to receipt of the project approval notification;
Assistance in organizing public procurement procedures in accordance with applicable laws and the requirements set forth in the grant agreement.
