Project description:
The project consisted of specialised consulting services provided to Apa-Canal Ilfov for the development of the funding application related to the phasing of the regional water and wastewater infrastructure development project in Ilfov County, under the Sustainable Development Programme 2021-2027 — one of the most complex municipal infrastructure projects in the Bucharest-Ilfov area, in terms of the number of administrative-territorial units involved and the associated investment volume. The activities covered the development of the application and the specific annexes (including the mapping of activities and expenditure to the intervention type codes in accordance with the DNSH principle and the methodology from Annex no. 10 to the PDD phasing guide), the formulation of responses to requests for clarification from the Managing Authority during both evaluation stages (administrative and eligibility verification and technical and financial evaluation), as well as ensuring direct interface with the Managing Authority throughout the entire process.
- The primary challenge of the project was the management of one of the most complex municipal infrastructure projects in the Bucharest-Ilfov area — in terms of the number of administrative-territorial units involved and the associated investment volume — in parallel with ensuring compliance with the DNSH principle and the methodology from Annex no. 10 to the PDD phasing guide.
