Project description:
The project consisted of specialised consulting services provided to Aquatim SA for the development of the funding application related to the phasing of the water and wastewater infrastructure project in Timis County, under the "phased projects (Phase 2)" call of the Sustainable Development Programme 2021-2027, continuing the collaboration with one of the most important regional water operators in Romania. The activity covered three directions: the comprehensive development of the funding application and preparation of the specific annexes, ensuring compliance with the programme requirements; the formulation of responses to requests for clarification from the Managing Authority regarding the documentation uploaded to the MySMIS information system; and the development of the analysis in accordance with the PASSA MIPE methodology for the efficiency codes applicable to phased water projects.
- The central requirement of the project was ensuring the compliance of the application with the specific technical requirements of the 2021-2027 programming period, including the PASSA MIPE methodology for the efficiency codes applicable to phased water projects.
