Project description:
The investment was aimed at developing the tourism accommodation infrastructure and services offered by the Palace Hotel, located in the resort town of Băile Govora, through:
- modernizing and expanding the accommodation facilities and related utilities in order to classify the hotel as a 4-star property;
modernization of the treatment facility and renovation of the mineral water reservoir;
the development of a recreational facility;
the development of a diverse range of services that meet European standards.
Services offered:
assistance in preparing the Feasibility Study, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision 28/2008
preparation of funding documentation, including: conducting a sector-specific market analysis, identifying and developing project activities, cost-benefit analysis, risk and sensitivity analysis, developing an investment development strategy and promotional strategies, presenting the project management team, a communication management plan with the contracting authority, and supporting documents.
