Project description: the project aimed at developing a new tool (energy forecasting tool type RaaS) using R&D&I and machine learning techniques, and at diversifying the company’s activities through enhanced employment of R&D&I results.

-edentifying and defining project activities the risk management plan;
-edentifying and planning of needed procurement processes;
-edentifying the management team and developing the communication plan with the contracting authority and other stakeholders, and compiling support documents.
