Project description:
The project consisted of specialised assistance provided to Compania de Apa Buzau for the phasing of the regional water and wastewater infrastructure development project in Buzau County from the 2014-2020 programming period into the Sustainable Development Programme 2021-2027. The activity covered three main directions: the comprehensive development of the funding application and preparation of the specific annexes — including the mapping of activities and expenditure to the codes corresponding to the types of intervention and the verification of compliance with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle; the provision of technical assistance throughout the evaluation process, through the formulation of responses to requests for clarification from the Managing Authority regarding the documentation uploaded to the MySMIS system; and the development of the detailed analysis in accordance with the PASSA MIPE methodology for the applicable efficiency codes for phased water projects, an essential document in demonstrating compliance with the specific requirements of the 2021-2027 programming period.
