Consulting services for the development of the Administrative Capacity Consolidation Strategy of Confederatia Patronala Concordia and the preparation of the funding application.

Consulting services for the development of the Strategy and the obtainment of non-reimbursable funding.

Project description:

The project consisted of providing strategic consulting services for Confederatia Patronala Concordia, with a view to consolidating administrative capacity and accessing non-reimbursable external funding. The activity covered the entire cycle of the funding process: from the development of the Administrative Capacity Consolidation Strategy — which substantiated the vision and directions for institutional development — through to the coordination of the preparation and submission of the funding application. Relians provided technical assistance throughout the evaluation and contracting process, concluding the endeavour with a report that fully documented the support provided for the purpose of obtaining non-reimbursable funding.

  • The primary challenge of the project consisted of the coherent coverage of the entire cycle of the funding process — through successive stages, from the strategic substantiation of the directions for institutional development through to the management of the relationship with the managing authority — as well as the alignment of the organisation and the proposed project with the detailed requirements of the targeted funding programme.

Services offered:

  • Development of the Administrative Capacity Consolidation Strategy;
  • Analysis of the eligibility of the organisation and the proposed project in relation to the requirements of the funding programme;
  • Coordination of the preparation and submission of the funding application;

  • Technical assistance throughout the evaluation and contracting process;
  • Formulation of responses to requests for clarification;
  • Management of correspondence with the managing authority;
  • Development of the final activity report.
