Project description:
The project consisted of providing specialised technical assistance to Galati County Council throughout the procurement procedure for the delegation of the management of the operation of Voluntary Bring Centres (CAV) funded through the PNRR, supporting the contracting authority at all stages of the process, from the publication of the procurement documentation through to the finalisation of the contracting process.
- The complexity of the project stemmed from the need to maintain the legality, transparency, and efficiency of the procurement process in the particular context of collection centres funded through the PNRR and distributed across multiple administrative-territorial units in Galati County, which required the consistent treatment of requests for clarification submitted by interested economic operators and a rigorous analysis of tenders in relation to the operational specifics of the CAV infrastructure.

- Technical support to the evaluation committee in the analysis of tenders;
- Preparation of procedural documents related to the evaluation and selection stages.
