Project description:
The project consisted of specialised assistance provided to Galati County Council for the phasing of the project "Integrated Waste Management System in Galati County" from the 2014-2020 period (Large Infrastructure Operational Programme — POIM), with a view to continuing the investments through the Sustainable Development Programme 2021-2027. The activity covered the entire process of preparing the phasing application — from the review of existing technical and economic documentation and the revision of the general estimate in accordance with Government Decision 379/2022, through to the development of the funding application, preparation of the budget in MySMIS format, and completion of the financial forms. The team also ensured the interface with the Managing Authority, proposing solutions for simplifying the procedure and meeting the implementation deadlines.
The complexity of the project consisted of ensuring the continuity of investments between two distinct programming periods, with the adaptation of the documentation to the new technical and procedural requirements (including the revision of the general estimate in accordance with Government Decision 379/2022) and meeting the imposed implementation deadlines.
Services offered:
- Review and update of existing technical and economic documentation (including the revision of the general estimate in accordance with Government Decision 379/2022);
- Structuring of investments by phase;
- Development of the funding application and financial documents (MySMIS budget, forms in accordance with the applicant's guide);
- Revision of the procurement plan and the implementation schedule;
- Technical assistance throughout the evaluation process and management of clarifications with the Managing Authority.
