Modernization of the DEER telecontrol system. ADMS system implementation.
A strategic investment aimed at modernizing the operation of the electricity distribution network and developing an intelligent infrastructure capable of meeting the requirements of the energy transition.
Project description:
The project was submitted under the Sustainable Development Program, Priority 4, Action 4.5 “Smart Energy Systems and Networks” and aims to implement an advanced ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) solution across the entire DEER service area, covering the 18 counties where the company provides distribution services.
- As part of the project, the SCADA system’s functionalities will be modernized and expanded to increase visibility and control over the grid, as well as to improve the quality of services provided to users. At the same time, the implementation of ADMS will facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources, optimize energy flows, increase energy efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, contributing to the development of smart grids and the transformation of Romania’s energy infrastructure.
Services offered:
- Analysis of the applicant’s eligibility and the funding opportunity under the Sustainable Development Program;
- Defining and structuring the investment project in accordance with the call’s objectives and the company’s operational needs;
- Preparation of the funding proposal and related supporting documentation;
Assistance in justifying the investment and highlighting the technical, operational, and environmental impacts of implementing the ADMS system;
Support throughout the project evaluation process and during the grant contracting phase;
- Consulting services for project implementation, monitoring, and reporting, including compliance with the funding program’s requirements.
