Smart metering for more efficient energy consumption.

Project description:

Expansion of a smart electricity metering system for 16,197 residential and small non-residential customers in a contiguous area of the municipality of Bacău. Proiectul propune:

  • an increase of 16,197 in the number of users connected to smart energy networks through the installation and grid connection of 16,197 smart meters;

    reducing the average annual energy consumption from 1,213 MWh/household in 2020 to 1,063 MWh/household by 2028, at the end of the project’s lifespan;

    estimates a 0.34% reduction in per-household energy consumption for the homogeneous area, as reflected in the POIM indicator;

    improving the quality of electricity distribution services through the rehabilitation, automation, and SCADA integration of the medium-voltage network

  • Assistance in preparing the feasibility study;

 

  • Support during the project evaluation and contracting phases, and project management during the implementation phase;

  • Support throughout the product's lifespan.
