Modernization and integration of substations into the SCADA system.
Project description:
Carrying out modernization work and integrating 26 substations (located in the counties of Bacău, Botoşani, Iaşi, Neamţ, Suceava, and Vaslui) into the SCADA system; these substations are of critical importance to the National Power System.
- One of the outcomes of the investment is a reduction in transmission losses in the electricity and natural gas distribution networks by approximately 3%.
Services offered:
Assistance in preparing the feasibility study in accordance with applicable laws;
Development of funding documentation, including: project activity development and planning, cost-benefit analysis, risk management plan, identification and planning of procurement procedures required for the project, presentation of the project management team, communication management plan with the contracting authority and other stakeholders, supporting documents;
Expert assistance throughout the project evaluation and grant award process;
Specialized assistance in project implementation and monitoring: assistance with procurement procedures, consulting on cost monitoring, preparation of progress and final reports, preparation of payment and reimbursement requests, assistance with the management of contracts entered into under the project, monitoring of proposed indicators, and monitoring of compliance with the legal framework.
