Project description:
The project consisted of specialised consulting services for the National Heritage Institute (INP), related to Investment I.4 "Circular Economy and Increasing the Energy Efficiency of Historic Buildings" under Component C5 — the Renovation Wave of the PNRR. The activities focused on the configuration and operationalisation of an integrated organisational structure bringing together four pilot centres dedicated to promoting the principles of the circular economy and energy efficiency in the built heritage sector. Through this endeavour, Relians contributed to the development of a replicable institutional model at national level for the sustainable renovation of built assets with cultural and historical value, aligned with European objectives on energy efficiency and the transition to a circular economy.

Services offered:
- Configuration and operationalisation of the integrated organisational structure of the four pilot centres;
- Development of scenarios and an action plan for the configuration of the structure;
- Development of organisational documents;
- Assistance in the effective operationalisation of the four pilot centres;
- Sprijin în elaborarea de propuneri legislative pentru crearea cadrului normativ necesar renovării energetice a clădirilor istorice;
- Asistență continuă în implementarea centrelor pe durata derulării contractului.
