Project description:
The project aims to increase the company’s production capacity for cabin filters and reduce production costs for injection-molded parts by purchasing nine pieces of equipment and four automated assembly lines, which will contribute to business growth, increased exports, and the creation of new jobs.
- As part of the project, the SCADA system’s functionalities will be modernized and expanded to increase visibility and control over the grid, as well as to improve the quality of services provided to users. At the same time, the implementation of ADMS will facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources, optimize energy flows, increase energy efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, contributing to the development of smart grids and the transformation of Romania’s energy infrastructure.
Services offered:
Assessment of the applicant’s eligibility and the project proposal;
Development of the funding application, including: conducting a market analysis and identifying existing opportunities in the relevant market, economic and financial analysis, identifying and developing project activities, identifying and planning necessary procurements, a risk management plan, a communication management plan with the contracting authority and other stakeholders, and supporting documents;
Expert assistance throughout the project evaluation and grant award process;
Project implementation and monitoring: assistance with procurement procedures, consulting on cost monitoring, preparation of progress reports and final reports, preparation of payment and reimbursement requests, assistance with the management of contracts entered into under the project, monitoring of proposed indicators, and monitoring of compliance with the legal framework.
