3. Data Retention Period

SC RELIANS CORP SRL will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a client, we will process your personal data throughout the entire duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in accordance with the legal obligations incumbent upon SC RELIANS CORP SRL (for example, in the case of supporting accounting documents, the retention period required by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up).

7. Children’s Privacy

SC RELIANS CORP SRL does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The Website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under 18 years of age.

If, due to an error, we become aware that we have collected such information and are notified accordingly, we will obtain the appropriate parental consent to use that information or, if this is not possible, we will delete the information from our servers.

SC RELIANS CORP SRL reserves the right to amend, at any time, the information published on the Website, without prior notification, taking into account the interactive feature of the Website.
