Project description:
The project proposes measures to modernize the Central hotel complex in Piatra-Neamț and to diversify the services offered. The main changes proposed by the project include:
- renovation of the hotel's facade
the renovation of 130 accommodation units and their classification as 3-star establishments
expanding the existing accommodation capacity by 20 new rooms, rated 4 stars
renovation of the reception area
expansion and renovation of the breakfast area
Introduction of new services: VIP Lounge (business and concierge), souvenir shop, car rental, in-room internet, and Pay TV.
Services offered:
preparation of a feasibility study, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision 28/2008
development of the funding application, including: drafting the company’s development strategy, analysis of the tourism market and specific competition, development and planning of project activities, cost-benefit analysis, risk and sensitivity analysis, planning and organizing project procurement, risk monitoring, communication management plan with the contracting authority, supporting documents
assistance in preparing the Technical Specifications for construction contracts
assistance during the application evaluation phase
project implementation and monitoring: assistance with procurement procedures, consulting on cost monitoring, preparation of progress and final reports, preparation of payment and reimbursement requests, assistance with the management of contracts concluded under the project, monitoring of proposed indicators, and monitoring of compliance with the legal framework
