Project description:

The acquisition of new equipment will enable the company to expand and modernize its linear guide production capacity, with the aim of increasing efficiency and productivity.

  • The main challenge was managing multiple external risks simultaneously—risks beyond the beneficiary’s control—that affected the implementation schedule. These included the lack of a response from the managing authority to the request for an extension, technical modifications required by notices, delays by the network operator in issuing connection documents, as well as delays in the delivery of equipment.
    Each situation was rigorously documented and cross-referenced with the agreed-upon implementation schedule to demonstrate that the delays were objectively justified and not attributable to the beneficiary, in accordance with the PNRR contractual requirements.

  • Assessment of the applicant’s eligibility and the project proposal;

  • Development of the funding application, including: conducting a market analysis and identifying existing opportunities in the relevant market, economic and financial analysis, identifying and developing project activities, identifying and planning necessary procurements, a risk management plan, a communication management plan with the contracting authority and other stakeholders, and supporting documents;
