Project description:
The current project aims to enhance Vimetco Extrusion’s competitiveness from an economic and sustainable perspective, expand the company’s presence in domestic and international markets, streamline the production process by introducing an innovative method, and adopt more environmentally friendly production processes by transitioning from a manual packaging line to an automated one.
- As part of the project, the SCADA system’s functionalities will be modernized and expanded to increase visibility and control over the grid, as well as to improve the quality of services provided to users. At the same time, the implementation of ADMS will facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources, optimize energy flows, increase energy efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, contributing to the development of smart grids and the transformation of Romania’s energy infrastructure.

Assistance in preparing the feasibility study in accordance with applicable laws;
Development of the funding application, including the identification and definition of project activities, cost-benefit analysis, risk management plan, identification and planning of necessary procurements, presentation of the project management team, and supporting documents;
