Increasing the security of energy supply by reducing the number of interruptions and reducing the maintenance costs of the company's electricity distribution network in the North-East region.
Project description: carrying out modernization and integration works in the SCADA system of 26 transformer stations (located in bacau, Botoşani, Iaşi, Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui counties), characterized by a very high degree of importance for the National Energy System.
One of the results of the investment is the reduction of technological losses in the electricity or natural gas distribution networks by about 3%.
Services offered:
-specialized assistance in the development of the feasibility study, according to the legislation in force;
-development of financing documentation, including: development and planning of project activities, cost-benefit analysis, risk management plan, identification and planning of procurement procedures required to be carried out within the project, presentation of the project management team, communication management plan with the contracting authority and other stakeholders, related documents;
-specialized assistance during the evaluation of the project and contracting the grant;
-specialized assistance in project execution and monitoring: assistance in carrying out the procurement procedures, consultancy in monitoring costs, making progress / final reports, making payment and reimbursement requests, assistance in the management of the contracts concluded within the project, monitoring the proposed indicators, monitoring the compliance with the legal framework.
